1. SERVICE AGREEMENT
1 PINACLE LAND DEVELOPERS will only provide Advice for Real Estate Property Buying, Selling, and Investment.
2 We will connect you with Builders, Developers, and Legal Teams.
3 The Final Deal will be between You and the Builder/Owner. The Company will act only as a Mediator/Consultant.
2. CONSULTANCY FEES & PAYMENT
1 Consultancy Package Fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
1 The Client must verify all Legal Documents, Title, RERA Registration, and Government Approvals for the Property.
2 All Payments must be made directly to the Builder/Owner's Bank Account. PINACLE LAND DEVELOPERS will never collect money from the Client.
3 All information provided by the Client must be true and correct.
4. COMPANY LIABILITY
1 PINACLE LAND DEVELOPERS provides only Consultancy Services. The Company is not liable for any Legal Dispute related to the Property.
2 We do not Guarantee Market Rate, Future Price, or ROI. All Investments are subject to Market Risk.
3 PINACLE LAND DEVELOPERS is not responsible if the Builder cancels or delays the deal.
5. INCOME & PAYOUT TERMS
1 Referral Income: 3% on Direct Joining.
2 Level Income: 15% distributed across 10 Levels as per company plan.
3 All Payouts will be processed on the 16th and 31st of every month via Bank Transfer. Minimum Payout is ₹500.
4 If Fake ID or Multiple IDs are found, the Account will be Terminated immediately.
6. REFUND POLICY
1 The Consultancy Fee of ₹5,000 and above is Non-Refundable.
2 If you cancel within 7 days and have not availed any service, 50% Admin Charges will be deducted.
7. LEGAL & JURISDICTION
1 This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India.
2 In case of any dispute, the Jurisdiction will be Bhubaneswar, Odisha Courts only.
3 The Company reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing the package, the Client agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions.
